Jennifer holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in Economics from Haverford College.

Brian has over 25 years of experience in institutional investing. Brian creates financial services solutions for people and institutions spanning from non-profit organizations to hedge funds. The multitude of roles he has served in include analyst, trader, and portfolio manager for insurance companies, pensions, investment management firms, and a hedge fund. Additionally, Brian has advised, analyzed, and directed investments in private placement special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for institutional and accredited investors with traditional or impact/sustainable mandates. Brian holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame as well as an equivalency BS in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Nuclear Power School. Brian volunteers his time and expertise to organizations that address community wealth building, inequality, and housing.

Chris has over thirty-five years of experience, including numerous successes in product development and scaling engineering capacity for startup and mid-stage ventures. He has expertise in organizational transformation, operational execution, metrics and measurement, process streamlining, staff development, staff mentoring and offshore operations.

Over the course of Chris’ career, he has led engineering teams delivering successful technologies into enterprise and government clients including NASA, Ford Motors, American Airlines, Sprint, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, the GSA, Cisco, Intel, IBM, British Telecom, Telecom Italia, GlaxoSmithKline, the US Army, University of Maryland, AARP, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
